专利摘要:
1. A method of filling a flexible package, via the top, with easily flowing solid products by means of a gravimetric feed, characterized in that there is associated with the feed means an open circuit, comprising a gas stream descending inside the flexible package so as to produce a permanent overpressure inside the package which maintains the package inflated, and so as to produce a current of air permanently flowing to the outside which maintains the edges of the package at a distance from the feed means.

专利说明:

The invention relates to filling and packaging technology and can be used for filling soft containers of granulated or powdered products. There is a known method of filling soft containers, which consists in fastening the latter on the filling tube and feeding a flowable product into it under the action of gravity L. A device for implementing this method is known, consisting of a feed hopper and two concentrically arranged nozzles for feeding material and diverting a gas stream}. The disadvantage of this method is the complexity of the process of fastening the container on the supplement pipe. The drawback of the device is the necessity of using pneumatic or hydraulic bodies, which affects the reliability of operation and complicates their maintenance and adjustment. The purpose of the invention is to simplify and speed up the filling process, and the same increase in productivity and reliability. The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of filling soft containers, consisting in fastening the latter on the filling tube and feeding it. it is under the influence of a force of gravity, the container is secured by continuously supplying the gas under pressure to keep the container in an inflated state and at the same time removing it to keep the edge of the container at a certain distance from the filling tube. In addition, the soft container filling device, consisting of a loading hopper and two concentrically arranged pipes for feeding the material and diverting a gas stream, is equipped with a filling pipe for gas supply concentrically located between the main pipes and connected to the pressurized source, for gas supply it can be made in the form of a truncated cone, a smaller cross section of which is directed towards the gas outlet, the device can be equipped with a device located under the nozzle .m of the container and to maintain at least an additional nozzle 08J shows the proposed device 1, a general view, Figure 2 the same embodiment (mean airway tube of lesser length than central); on fig.Z - the same other option (the product arrives on the central pipe). The device consists of a loading hopper 1, concentrically fixed at the outlet of it nozzles 2 and 3, mounted on the external nozzle, pipe 5 for supplying air and pipe 6 for continuous exhaust of air and fixture 7 for supporting the container. The device works as follows. The container is installed in the device 7 to maintain the container under the nozzles of the device. Nozzle 2 for feeding material enters inside the container. Through the pipe 5, air is supplied under pressure, which, entering the container, inflates it. Since air is continuously supplied, it keeps the container strictly vertically and therefore additional attachments are required for securing the container. The product enters the container through the central nozzle 2. here, as the container is filled with product, the excess air is discharged through pipe 6. After filling, the container is freely removed from the device, since it does not have a mechanical body for fastening the container, and the device 7 for supporting the container covers it from three sides, allowing the filled container without her lifting. According to one embodiment of the invention (Fig. 2), the length of the nozzle 3 for exhausting air is less than the nozzle 2. This eliminates the possible ingress of upward air flow into the nozzle 2 at the end of the container filling process and the effect on the weight. In accordance with another variant (FIG. 3, the product enters through the central nozzle 2. Air from pipe 5 is continuously supplied and mixed in this way with the product. This option is more economical due to the fact that the central nozzle replaces the nozzles 2 and 3. Use the invention provides a significant economic effect by simplifying and speeding up the filling process and increasing productivity.
